A Realistic Roadmap for Algeria

Algerian corporations do not need to wait for government TTOs. They can:

- Sponsor IP workshops at target universities
- Create innovation scouts — employees tasked with visiting university labs monthly
- Offer entrepreneur-in-residence roles for researchers with commercial ideas
